Your California privacy rights

Rights available to California residents under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, and how to exercise them.

This notice applies to California residents. It supplements our privacy policy and does not replace it.

In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information, all of it from you directly or generated automatically as you use the site.

  • Identifiers: name, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Customer records: billing and shipping details, order history
  • Commercial information: products purchased or considered
  • Internet activity: pages viewed, referring page, browser and device type
  • Geolocation, at the coarse level implied by an IP address

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell the personal information of minors.

  • Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
  • Right to delete — deletion of personal information we hold, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation
  • Right to correct — correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a right

We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond substantively within forty-five days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than an additional forty-five days.

To protect your information we will ask you to verify your identity, usually by confirming details already associated with your account or order. We will not use information provided for verification for any other purpose.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

We keep each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by tax, accounting, and product-traceability obligations.
