Domestic from start to finish
Every compound sold under the 321 Peptides label is synthesized, formulated, and packaged in GMP-certified laboratory facilities in California and Arizona. Nothing is sourced from overseas or from Mexico.
That decision costs more than importing finished material. What it buys is a supply chain short enough to audit: a named facility, a documented batch record, and a certificate we can stand behind because we know where the material came from.
Synthesis
Peptides are produced by solid-phase synthesis, cleaved, and purified by preparative chromatography before lyophilization. Blends are co-formulated from separately purified components, and the composition of each blend is fixed and stated on the label — a blend is several compounds sharing a vial, not a new molecule.
Lyophilization and fill
Purified material is freeze-dried and filled into vials under controlled conditions, then sealed and labeled with the batch lot code. That code is the thread that ties the vial in your hand to its analytical record.
Release testing
No lot is released on internal data alone. Purity is evaluated by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC-UV, and identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry. Results are consolidated into a single batch-specific certificate covering identity, purity, net content, appearance, and residual moisture.
Full method detail is on the analytical methods page.
Fulfillment
Orders ship from a US warehouse, dispatched within 48 hours of a cleared order and tracked to the door. Domestic fulfillment keeps transit times short, which reduces the number of temperature excursions material is exposed to between release and arrival.
What we do not claim
GMP-certified facilities and third-party testing describe how these materials are produced and verified. They do not make the products drugs. Nothing sold here is FDA approved, and nothing here is intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
