Research use only

All products sold by 321 Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By placing an order you represent that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, that you are qualified to handle them, and that you will not resell or supply them for human or animal consumption.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that suggest an intended use inconsistent with these terms.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods, not when the order is submitted or acknowledged. Until dispatch we may decline an order in whole or in part.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we refund that portion before shipping the remainder.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a listed price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product specifications

Stated strengths refer to the nominal quantity of material in the vial. They are not dosage recommendations. Purity figures are batch measurements reported against a ≥99% release target and are documented on the certificate for the lot supplied.

Product photography is illustrative. Where a photograph of a specific vial is not yet available, a labeled placeholder image is shown and identified as such.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please see the shipping and returns page for what happens if a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.

Limited warranty

We warrant that products conform to the specifications stated on the batch certificate at the time of release. This is the only warranty we give. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

We do not warrant results obtained from research use of these materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, or research output.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws and institutional requirements applicable to the purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of these materials in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
